Specific Services Include:
- Initial Needs Assessment;
Comprehensive assessment of needs with due regards to disability, psychosocial, legal/economic and financial factors.
- Vocational Counselling;
Process of identifying new job goals through consideration of available information and discussions with client.
- Job Preparation;
Resume preparation, on and/or off-the-job training, interview skills, building up of physical and mental capacity.
- Job Seeking & Placement;
Applying and securing suitable employment., through various search engines, cold canvassing and networks.
- Post Placement Support;
Ongoing support and follow-up once new employment is secured to ensure sustainability.
- Adjustment & Disability Counselling;
Identifying factors impeding recovery and managing these through appropriate counselling and support.
- Training;
Packages available include: injury management and rehabilitation, caring for back and neck, office ergonomics and manual handling.
- OH&S Consultancy
We utilise the expert services of Psychologists and Occupational
Therapists to provide a multidisciplinary and holistic approach
to rehabilitation and return to work programs.
